  • Free Shipping on orders over $250* - Valid for orders made within the Continental US.  
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for delivery. Unless shipping/processing is stated otherwise in the description on product page. 

    • ​All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment. 

  • Orders are shipped via USPS & UPS.

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all claims must be made with the shipping carrier. USPS & UPS insures some lost or damaged packages. If your tracking information says it was delivered you can open an insurance claim by calling USPS at (800) 275-8777 or UPS at (800) 742-5877.

Loungewear Security Program RULES - Shipping Begins in Late January 2023

  • No returns, refunds, or cancellations.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • No exchanges, no size changes (refer to size chart before purchasing, last image on product pages)
  • No address changes
  • No changes to your order
  • High risk orders will be cancelled; Credit Card Billing Info must match what is on file.
  • Ship to an address you can receive packages til at least February 15th 2023.
  • DO NOT ORDER IF THE SHIPPING TIMEFRAME IS TOO LONG.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time we are unable to process returns or exchanges,  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you've received an incorrect item please contact us. All issues will be handled on a case by case basis. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
